How to login to websites with your Revverdocs.com domain email address

If you would like to use your revverdocs.com email address to login to services please go to ithelp.revverdocs.com or send an email to ithelp@revverdocs.com. Once a ticket has been submitted, IT will coordinate a time with you to make changes to your account. It is important that all these changes happen at once to make the transition as smooth as possible. Please read this entire page before submitting a ticket.
Things to know
The changes required so you can login with your revverdocs.com domain are fairly simple and low impact. This will not change your account and no data will be lost. We have tested many different sites and services; to see everything tested with notes, please check out this page. Currently, Outlook is the only service that requires some amount of effort by the end user to switch over.
Checklist
Before submitting a ticket, please do the following:
- Please read through this list of software and services and verify that you understand what is involved with the software that you use.
- Verify that you know what your Google and Azure AD (Microsoft) passwords are.
- Submit a ticket to IT by going to ithelp.revverdocs.com or sending an email to ithelp@revverdocs.com - In your ticket Include the following information:
- Specify if you use Outlook or not.
- Specify how you login to Revver (password, Google, Azure AD etc). Mostly I need to know if you can login with a password or not.
What Happens Now?
IT will let you know when they will make the changes to your account. For most services that you are logged into you will not need to do anything at all and the change will be automatic. Once your login session expires and you need to login again, you will now login with your revverdocs.com email address. If you wish to be proactive, you can sign out of an account and log back in. For a few services you will receive emails saying that your email address has changed and it will provide instructions for what you need to do next.
